What is ePOP+?
ePOP+ is Ameriflex’s web-based Premium Only Plan (POP) document ordering service. For more information regarding Premium Only Plans click here.
How to order plan documents?
Please complete the online application. To complete the application, you will need your group clients’ contact information including tax ID, effective dates, eligibility, core and voluntary benefits being pre-taxed, and any affiliate company information. For your convenience, you may click here to access a printable form that can be used to collect the required information prior to submitting the online application.

What is included with your order?
Once you have successfully submitted your application, you will immediately receive an email with the following documents attached: Cafeteria Plan Document, Summary Plan Description and Adoption Resolution. You will also gain full access to the ePOP+ Portal. Your ePOP+ portal access will allow you to retrieve copies of your plan documents, edit your plan documents, renew your account at the end of the plan year as well as test your plan via our discrimination testing portal.
